It has been under cover for the past five years. Boat has upper and lower helms. All enclosure windows were recently replaced with new Strato-glass windows. This 13.2 foot wide boat has as much room as a 40 footer. This 35 foot boat has three staterooms. This is the exact cabin that the Bayliner model xxxx (40 footer) has. They just added a five foot cockpit to the tail end to gain the extra five feet.
You can board on both sides of the swim step, not the case with many boats. There is a new sea water wash down for washing the anchor chain as you retrieve it (not on other boats this model). There is 200 feet of new anchor chain (properly marked) and 50 feet of new rope.
A spare set of new props come with the boat. Also with the boat are life jackets, dinghy oars, mooring lines, 50 foot power cord with splitter Y, water hose, deck chairs, drink cooler, and various spare parts.
Boat has all ?molded? steps, no ladders to climb. Built-in vacuum cleaner (very handy).
